Law Enforcement Against Prohibition (LEAP), a group of criminal justice professionals opposed to the war on drugs, is promoting a proposed amendment to UN treaties regarding drug policy. An event to discuss their proposal at the 58th session of the UN Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND), held March 9–17 in Vienna, is co-sponsored by the Czech government.
