Cheapest drink in restaurants should not be alcoholic, says health ministry

The Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic has prepared a bill which mandates that by 2016, the cheapest drink in pubs, restaurants and bars should be non-alcoholic, even if it is mineral or tap water.
