Architect Borek Šípek dies at 66

Czech artist and architect Bořek Šípek died February 13 at age 66. He had been suffering from an illness. Šípek was well-known for serving as the architect of Prague Castle during the term of President Václav Havel, from 1989 to 2003. Šípek is also renowned for his work with glass, making both functional and decorative items, and furniture.
