According to the preliminary statistical balance of the Czech Statistical Office, the Czech Republic population is now 10,625,400. The number has increased by 15,400 in the period from 1st January to 30th June 2018. The Czech population increased by 17,700 during the first six months of the year as a result of net immigration.
