“Blonde Beast,” a theatrical cabaret based on the expletive-laced secret recording of ex-Public Affairs MP Kristýna Kočí’s behind-the-scenes political intrigues with a former party colleague, was a hit with Czech audiences. Although its producers are now planning a DVD release, Kočí claims that she has author’s rights — and plans to sue. Undeterred, the producers plan to build on their success with more theatrical political satires.
