Prime Minister Petr Nečas has again spoken in favor of scrapping the ongoing super eco-tender to clear up environmental damage caused under the communist regime, and instead holding several tenders, a move that he says would attract more bidders and thus lower the price offers, saving the state billions of crowns. “This isn’t about several billion [crowns], but more like dozens of billions,” Nečas said on Sunday speaking on Czech Television.
