“The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and others are not a consequence of relations between Russia and the West. These conflicts will not be resolved with continued hostility between Russian and the West,” former Czech President Václav Klaus said Tuesday in speech at a panel held within the Baku 3rd Global Forum, APA reported.
