Václav Havel Airport Prague will become nonsmoking May 1, 2018. From this date, it will no longer be possible to smoke in any interior spaces, and smokers corners in the transit area will be closed. Airport operator Letiště Praha said it was following the modern trend and responding to feedback from passengers. Traveling smokers will have seating in front of the terminal building. Airports in several countries have already become fully smoke-free.
