Penta Investments group plans to build ca. 28,000 m2 of office space on the lot of the former Dom Slowa Polskiego printing plant in Warsaw, Poland. The project’s value is estimated at CZK 1.6bn. The spokesperson for Penta Investments, Ivo Mravinac, has confirmed to ÈIANEWS that the office building is scheduled to be completed in 2019.
