Ústí nad Labem Region councillors have recommended to the regional board of deputies to approve the project for the rental and subsequent sale of ca. 9.93 ha in the Triangle Strategic Industrial Zone. The investment is estimated at CZK 2.30bn, with 300 new jobs foreseen. The potential investor has built the IPS Alpha (now CTP) and Neturen plants in the past.
