The company RWE works on a development of its branch network after it optimised it. According t the company many people want to deal with supplies of energy in person. The company opened six contact points in May. The new points will likely supplement the current network of 30 customer centres. This was stated by Martin Herrmann, the chairman of the board of directors of RWE ÈR and RWE East, in an interview for ÈIANEWS. According to his words, the company is testing a new contact point concept for smaller towns in its new offices. Both ways of sales will likely supplement each other as they are designed for different target groups.
