Surface active substance manufacturer Enaspol has acquired the factory in Düren, Germany, from HANSA Chemie, which is insolvent. The information was confirmed to ÈIANEWS by the chemical plant’s board of directors chairman, Josef Kasík. The acquisition was motivated by the similarity of the technology and the production program, addition of the alpha-olefin sulphanate and savings on the purchase of raw materials and logistic planning.
