The vacancy rate of industrial premises in the Czech Republic dropped to 5.7% in Q3 2015 from 6.9% in Q2 2015. This stems from the survey by Colliers International. There are totally 315,000 m2 of immediately available premises in the Czech Republic, mainly in Prageu region (118,000 m2). There were totally 376,800 m2 of premises under construction at the end of Q3 2015; speculative building accounted for 30% of the total.
