A total of 29% of developers expect that the decrease in prices for lease of offices could stop in the second half of 2016 at earliest in the Czech Republic. One third of the developers expect that in 2017 and 35% of them expect that in 2018 or later. This stems from a study published by CEEC Research and KPMG Česká republika. A demand is shown for administrative buildings with parking places. On the other hand, developers see almost no interest in corporate kindergartens.
