There were totally 73,927 new ŠKODA passenger cars registered in the Czech Republic in 2015, up 27.3% y/y. Totally 5,763 customers bought a new ŠKODA car in December 2015 (up from 4,652 in December 2014). This stems from the data from ŠKODA AUTO. July was the most successful month with 7,142 cars sold. ŠKODA AUTO Česká Republika sales organisation director Luboš Vlček has commented that 2015 was characterised by strong recovery on the Czech automobile market. The sales of the new Superb increased by 36.4% y/y and the Fabia model line grew 133%.
