In this increasingly digital age, interpersonal skills are becoming even more important. That is the message of Prague-based leadership coach Pepper de Callier. He recently spoke on a panel in London organized by The Economist magazine on the future of the workplace, along with several top-level, international human resource directors and a Nobel Laureate in Economics. He is also the author of three best-selling books on leadership and personal development as well as Founder and Executive Director of Prague Leadership Institute.
