ENERGO-PRO Varna, a subsidiary of ENERGO-PRO Group, issued a tranche of seven-year bonds with 3.50% p.a. yield totalling EUR 130m on the Bulgarian market. The company will use the money for the financing of the capital investment programme for distribution network development in 2016-2023. The program includes the acquisition of existing energy infrastructure, its reconstruction and new investments into development. The firm may use part of the money into energy assets in Bulgaria, Georgia, Turkey and Romania. Balkan Advisory Company was the issue’s leading manager.
