Travel Service has increased its registered capital by CZK 1bn as a result of a transaction with CEFC China Energy Company Limited (CEFC). CEFC raised its share at the airline from 10% to 49.92%. Czech shareholders remain majority shareholders. In 2015 the airline carried 5.7m passengers. The company has signed orders for 25 new aircraft of the Boeing 737-8 MAX series.
