CPI Property Group (CPIPG) and CEFC China Energy Company Limited (CEFC) have signed the Head of Terms for the sale of former Živnobanka building on Na Příkopě street in Prague. Both firms have declared their cooperation on the preparation of the ZIBA Glass Experience Museum, which is being created in the building. The transaction itself will be subject to final agreements. CPIPG’s executive director Zdenek Havelka has stated that he is pleased that CEFC has picked Živnobanka for its European headquarters.
