Hypoteční Banka, a member of financial group ČSOB, extended mortgages worth almost CZK 42bn in 2014. The average mortgage was worth CZK 1.8m and is growing slightly, which corresponds to the trend of increasing real estate prices. This was stated as part of a �IANEWS survey by Hypoteční Banka board of directors chairman and general manager Jan Sadil, who added that a typical client is a married man from a larger city aged 35. He said that refinancing fell slightly on 2013 last year. J. Sadil expects a similar development for 2015.
