Total natural gas consumption in the Czech Republic dropped 0.9% y/y to 1,330 million m3 (14,257 GWh) in Q2 2016. In terms of customer categories, large clients accounted for the biggest portion of total gas consumption (56.4%). They were followed by households (21.7%), small clients (10.7%) and medium clients (9.6%). Other gas, incl. own consumption, losses, accumulation changes and own consumption by gas producers, accounted for 1.6% of total consumption.
