EUROCLINICUM has acquired occupational medicine provider Medicover/Mediconet. The transaction covers three clinics in Prague and one in Brno. The final transaction was signed on Thursday January 15, 2015. EUROCLINICUM’s general director Václav Vachta has stated that the acquisition’s goal is to provide employers with complex services in the segment of medical care, also on regional level. EUROCLINICUM is owned by investment fund Tuffieh Funds SICAV.
