The Office for the Protection of Competition (ÚOHS) permitted the firm MOULINS DE KLEINBETTINGEN S.A. in a simplified proceeding to raise its stake in Bakeries International Luxembourg S.A. (BIL), and thus gain exclusive direct control over the company. The verdict is not cognisable yet.
