Investment group Rockaway Capital will acquire 100% stakes in the firms Netretail Holding and Naspers OCS Czech Republic. Netretail Holding runs the Mall e-shops in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland and Slovenia. Naspers OCS Czech Republic runs the Heureka online price comparison engine in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The transaction’s completion is subject to approval by the regulator. The transaction is carried out by Rockaway. Project financing totalling over EUR 200m was secured by Daniel Køetínský, Patrik Tkáè and PPF.
