The first estimates confirm revenues of SAZKA on the level of approximately CZK 9.2bn, which is a 15% increase compared to the year 2013. Higher returns of lottery taxes and increased support for youth sport through the Czech Olympic Committee relate to this as well. SAZKA spokesperson Václav Friedmann said this in an opinion poll of ČIANEWS, adding that the increase of revenues was influenced by adjustments in the main game Sportka, introduction of the international lottery Eurojackpot, gaining more than 130,000 clients for SAZKA mobil and a two-digit increase in rate betting and in the category of wipeable lottery tickets.
