Czech utility ČEZ plans to invest up to several hundreds of millions of euros into wind farms in the next five years within its cooperation with German Aquila Capital group. Aquila Capital will seek possible investment opportunities for ČEZ. The head of ČEZ’s Development and International divisions, Tomáš Pleskač, has commented that the total capacity of the acquired wind power plants will reach ca. 120 MW. ČEZ is currently leading talks about the first offered project with the output of ca. 30 MW.
