Czech Republic’s total state budget income reached CZK 1.133 trillion in 2014. Spending totalled CZK 1.211 trillion. The treasury deficit totalled CZK 77.8bn. The Ministry of Finance has informed that the result is CZK 3.5bn better than a year ago. The total deficit was CZK 34.2bn lower than stipulated in the budget. Government debt dropped by CZK 19.7bn to CZK 1.663 trillion. Debt service costs dropped by CZK 2.4bn y/y to CZK 48.5bn.
