In the January to September 2015 period Hypoteční Banka extended 19,739 mortgages worth CZK 36.7bn. The product offer was expanded this year to include the old-new Australian mortgage, which offers clients lower interest if they borrow more money. This was stated for a ČIANEWS survey by spokeswoman Marie Mocková, who added that the bank currently has roughly 200,000 clients in its portfolio.
