The South-Moravian region wants to cooperate with China Development Bank Corporation on the realisation of infrastructure projects. Based on the intended agreement, the bank may provide up to EUR 200m to the region. According to governor Michal Hašek (ČSSD), this will not be a loan of the region, but a framework agreement, based on which projects will be presented to the bank. The bank will assess them and conclude individual contracts with specified conditions for the financing of every project.
