For 2015 Kooperativa Pojišťovna, Vienna Insurance Group has reported premium billing totaling CZK 31.44bn, down 0.9 % y/y. Life insurance accounted for CZK 9.06bn (-11 %) of this total and non-life insurance accounted for CZK 22.39bn (+3.65 %). Profits in the accounting period totaled CZK 2.81bn. At the end of 2015 Kooperativa managed 3.91m insurance contracts for 2.04m clients. Last year its liquidators processed more than 590,000 insurance events. In 2016 the company wants to continue the expansion of handwritten digital signatures to further locations including partner networks. In 2015 it concluded almost 50,000 contracts with this type of signature.
