The total value of real estate investments in the Czech Republic in 2016 will reach EUR 3bn+. Office properties will account for 40% of the total investment amount. This stems from CBRE’s real estate report for Q3 2016. The total value of investments in Q3 2016, consisting of 13 transactions, reached EUR 497m, exceeding the ten-year average for Q3 by more than EUR 40m. The average transaction was worth EUR 38m in the period. Investment transactions in Prague dominated and formed 88% of the total value. Investments in Q1 2016 totalled EUR 1.46bn.
