Metrostav has signed with GDDKiA a contract for the construction of the 20km on the S7 Gdansk speedway for CZK 9bn. The project is scheduled to be completed by October 2018. The joint Czech-Polish team is managed by Radim Èáp. Mr. Čáp has stated that the project’s goal is to improve the comfort and safety of transport by building a four-lane speedway. The project includes a bridge over Visla river, worth CZK 1.1bn, and 11 subsurface improvement technologies worth CZK 4bn.
