AGROFERT has acquired project design company Centroprojekt, which should manage e.g. construction in the group. Centroprojekt will be responsible e.g. for the modernisation of wastewater treatment plants, energy sources and/or construction of warehouses and production halls for the group’s requirements. The spokesperson for AGROFERT, Karel Hanzelka, has confirmed to ČIANEWS that the firm will report to AGROFERT group’s deputy board of directors chairman Petr Cinger. The group will not disclose the acquisition’s details.
