Prague is considered the most interesting Central European destination for international retail brands. The city is viewed as the entrance gate to Central and Eastern European markets (except for Russia). This stems from the High Street Retail in Prague 2016/2017 study by JLL. Retail property department’s senior consultant Marjan Gigov has stated that 21 out of the 25 luxury brands with highest global coverage are currently present in Prague. The latest addition is the BCBG Max Azria fashion brand on Pařížská 24 street. New tenants will soon move into premises on Pařížská 15 and Pařížská 22 streets.
