At the beginning of 2016, O2 IT Services took over a part of developer company Corpus Solutions, which has now been integrated into the corporate structure. A new department of Application Development and Operation has been created and O2 IT Services now resolves services in the area of application development internally rather than through sub-suppliers. An example is a development of a solution the area of Smart City. In an interview for ČIANEWS, this information was provided by Commercial Division executive officer and director Václav Provazník who added that by taking over Corpus Solutions branches in Uherské Hradiště and Olomouc, O2 IT Services moved its presence also to Moravia. The company employs 400 people and mostly fills IT positions such as architects and administrators.
