A total of 4% of corporate clients are considering changing their main bank. The choice is most frequently made by the owner, general director or financial director of a company, a survey by GfK Czech prepared for Komerèní Banka (KB) has shown. Executive director for Corporate Banking Jitka Haubová said that the bank had been co-operating with more than 70% of corporate clients for more than ten years. Some 64% of corporate clients use services of one bank only, down from year-earlier 69%. The number of clients using two banks increased from 21% to 29%.
