Vagonmaš, member of ŠKODA TRANSPORTATION group, has completed the delivery of metro trains to St. Petersburg, Russia, in 2016. The firm delivered three new NìVa metro trains, with six wagons each. Vagonmaš signed the contract worth RUB 3.8bn in April 2015. Project manager Petr Soubusta says that the carrier will obtain the remaining five trains later in 2017.
