The Czech Republic must build its intention to improve the competitive ability of Czech companies on innovations and qualitative factors of the production improving the final effect of exports. Findings from the digitalisation of industry are thus important for the Czech Republic. This was stated by Czech Minister of Industry and Trade Jan Mládek (ČSSD) at a visit of the digital factory Siemens in Amberg. According to Joe Kaeser, the CEO and chairman of the board of directors of Siemens AG, the concern was ready to support the Czech Republic in the implementation of the Industry 4.0. the Czech delegation was led by Czech PM Bohuslav Sobotka (ČSSD). The meeting was attended also by Bavarian PM Horst Seehofer and Siemens ČR CEO Eduard Palíšek.
