Through the Czech Chamber of Commerce (HK ÈR), companies are currently looking for printers, welders, locksmiths, cooks, metal workers, plastic press operators, drivers, washing-machine repairmen, seamstresses and needlewomen in Ukraine. The first 30 Czech companies have used the HK ÈR project to employ Ukrainians and obtained 150 employees from this country. HK ÈR president Vladimír Dlouhý said that the situation on the labour market hinted at the quota of up to 5,000 applications per year would be insufficient.
