The development of new technologies is one of the key sectors on which Varroc Lighting Systems wants to focus in the future. The company has therefore prepared the action plan for further growth of its development centre. The recruitment will focus on engineers and designers, opticians, electronics experts and quality management professionals. This was stated in an interview for ČIANEWS by Varroc Lighting Systems’ vice-president for product development and director of the Czech unit, Todd C. Morgan. Mr. Morgan has said that the company offers its employees in the global development centre in Nový Jičín and the development office in Ostrava direct participation on the development of new lighting technologies with the representatives of the Land Rover and Bentley brands, as well as work on the development of electronics e.g. for the new Tesla car.
