Municipality of Dvùr Králové nad Labem will sell a 115,510 m2 industrial zone to the firm Karsit Automotive. The end price of the lots is estimated at CZK 155 per m2 and will not drop under CZK 125 per m2. The municipality will thus gain ca. CZK 17.9m, but at least CZK 14.4m. The exact value depends on the investment into field work and building of engineering networks. The spokesperson for Dvùr Králové nad Labem Municipal Office, Miroslava Kameníková, has told ÈIANEWS that production of parts for automotive industry is scheduled to start in H1 2019.
