Red Hat Czech will continue hiring employees in 2016 as well, especially for software development and testing. It expects their number to increase by roughly 20 pct, which is the same as in previous years. In 2015, the number of employees grew 18 pct to more than 900. For ČIANEWS, this information was provided by director Radovan Musil who added that the most difficult to fill were senior positions with specific required knowledge not common on the labour market. According to him, the company cooperates with universities and offers an internship to students during their studies or supports them through scholarships.
