At the end of February 2015, drivers in the Czech Republic will have the possibility to fill on compressed natural gas (CNG) in 80 public filling stations. The total no. of CNG stations is expected to grow to at least 100 by the end of 2015. The Czech Gas Union has informed that new CNG filling stations are readied e.g. by Vemex, E.ON Energie, RWE Energo, Bonett Gas Investment and Vítkovice Doprava.
