Commercial properties worth EUR 540m were sold in the Czech Republic in Q2 2016. The total value of investment transactions in H1 2016 totalled EUR 970m, BNP Paribas Real Estate APM CR’s (BNP) statistics. Investments grew 54% y/y and 26% q/q. Investments into shopping centres formed almost half of the total amount. BNP’s consulting head Lenka Šindeláøová has stated that several transactions exceeding EUR 100m are expected to be concluded later this year.
