Developer and industrial property administrator P3 has commenced the construction of a new hall in the park P3 Prague D11 for the company FM Logistic. The second building in the park will cover the area of 40,000 m2. More than one third of the hall is being built particularly for the French logistic company. The transaction was mediated by the company CBRE. The remaining area will be offered on the market.
