The Ministry of Environment has arranged with the European Commission the raising of CZK 3bn allocation for the first call of boiler subsidies by CZK 300m. Regional authorities will thus have CZK 300m extra. If they receive enough applications, they may obtain the funds already in 2016. So far, 21,054 applications totalling CZK 2.3bn were approved in the first wave of boiler subsidies. Totally 719 applications worth CZK 88.5m have already been reimbursed.
