Companies active in the Czech Republic plan to raise wages by an average of 3.2% in 2016. The basic annual wage paid to the management of a company in the Czech Republic currently totals CZK 2.5m. Managers get CZK 534,000. Labourers, or qualified labourers, earn approximately 318,000. This stems from result of a study published by the Czech-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ČNOPK) and the company Kienbaum Management Consultants.
