Roughly 15 % of Raiffeisen Stavební Spoøitelna’s (RSTS) savings contracts are entered in its system and also signed biometrically. When it comes to processing contracts, more than 62 % of loan applications are signed biometrically or are submitted with scanned documents. This was stated in a ČIANEWS survey by RSTS spokeswoman Jitka Jechová, who added that roughly 10 % of clients actively use the internet service.
