Small and medium enterprises (SME) criticise primarily the fines for not using the data boxes (81%). For more than 80% of the 300 polled entrepreneurs, this fine is an even bigger nuisance than higher deposit payments for health and social insurance. This is criticised by two thirds of respondents.
