In 2016 the volume of investments on the Czech capital market with real estate is estimated at EUR 2bn. This stems from a study by CBRE, according to which the office and retail markets will be pivotal for investments. According to CBRE anticipated investments will be lower y/y as the resulting value of investments in 2015 was strengthened by two large transactions, namely the sale of Palladium and RPG Byty. The company said that several transactions exceeding EUR 200m are planned for next year.
